Warranty Policy

We stand by our products and take pride in providing our customers with the best in class customer service. Build A Belt provides 60 day warranty of all of our belts when purchased through authorized channels.

Our warranty covers product defects, buckle breakages, or general breakdown of the item within normal use. We will replace any defective item under warranty at no cost. The customer will need to provide proof of purchase when making a warranty claim.

The warranty policy is void when an item is purchased through an unauthorized channel or reseller. The only authorized channels are:

Amazon - sold through Build A Belt only

Ebay - sold through Build A Belt only

Etsy - sold through Build A Belt only

Walmart - sold through Build A Belt only

BEWARE OF UNAUTHORIZED SELLERS

Purchases made through other sellers may be counterfeit, used, and void any warranty offered through Build A Belt. 

There are many unauthorized sellers on Walmart, and other marketplaces that claim to be selling authentic Build A Belt products, but are not. 

You can see who the seller of the product on the product page, or who is shipping the item. If any other company name than "Build A Belt" is listed as the seller or ship-from location, then this item is coming from an unauthorized channel.
