Same Day Processing Cut off is 2:00 PM Central Standard Time for all orders.

USA - Domestic Orders

We ship out all orders originating and shipping to any address in the continental 48 states within 1 business day. For the standard, free shipping, transit times range from 2-4 business days. For all 2nd Day upgrades, transit time is 2 days from the time the order was placed. For the order to go out the same day it was placed, it must be ordered before 2pm CST. There are some exclusions for custom printed or wholesale orders which may take 1-3 days for processing before they ship.

Tracking: All orders will be updated with a valid tracking number once the package ships out. You are responsible for providing the correct address for delivery. In the case of a delivery exception, you will need to contact the shipping company (USPS or FedEx) and provide them with your tracking number. Since you know your location and residence better than we do, it will be easier for them to locate and deliver your package in the event of a delivery exception.

Change of address: For a change of address, e-mail us within 1 hour of placing your order. We can accommodate most address changes, but cannot change the shipping address once the package has already left our facility.

Not Delivered or Lost: First, we recommend that you contact the shipping company directly with your tracking number to get information on the whereabouts of your package. If you are unable to get any information or the package is deemed lost, contact us for a replacement. We will ship out replacements for lost or stolen packages within 1-2 business days.

 

International Orders

We ship to most countries across the world. All orders, regardless of origination or shipping destination will be shipped out same day or 1 business day.  Standard shipping for international orders transit times can vary. Typically transit takes anywhere from 7-21 days for delivery. For the order to go out the same day it was placed, it must be ordered before 2pm CST. There are some exclusions for custom printed or wholesale orders which may take 1-3 days for processing before they ship.

Customs: Please be advised that the package will need to clear customs before it is delivered to you. The package is received by your country and then given to the local postal delivery service. Sometimes, your local post office will hold the package and require you to pick it up. These are circumstances that we cannot control. 

Tracking: All orders will be updated with a valid tracking number once the package ships out. You are responsible for providing the correct address for delivery. Once the package has arrived to your country, you will be able to track the package with the tracking number through your local post facility website. In the case that you are unable to locate your package, we recommend calling or visiting your local post office, as most times they hold the package there for you to pick it up.

If the package is deemed to be lost or undelivered, in most cases for international orders, we will refund your order within 7 business day after we have researched the order.
